Mad Dog Dvd Writer Review

Helmut Berger gives an astounding performance in this Italian crime drama from writer/director Sergio Grieco (THE SINFUL NUNS OF SAINT VALENTINE). Berger plays Nanni Vitali, a psychotic murderer who escapes from prison along with three other thugs who promptly begin a vicious crime spree. Vitali's plan is to exact revenge on the cop, Giulio Santini, who put him away, leading him to kidnap the beautiful Marisa Mell and abuse her into submission as he terrorizes Santini's family en route to a violent showdown with the haggard cop. Graphic and brutal, THE BEAST WITH A GUN is an unforgettable b-movie thriller.
